Use the registration to resolve similar project names
Karnataka RERA publishes project information through its official portal. Start with the registration number where available. If you search by a marketing name, cross-check the promoter and location before choosing a result.
A large development can be marketed as one community while individual phases have separate records. Identify the phase, tower and unit that the developer is offering. The registration and reviewed documents should support that identity.
- Registered name and number for the offered phase
- Promoter's legal name and relevant project entity
- Location details that distinguish similarly named developments
Compare the advertised scope with the available approvals
List the features that matter to your decision: the building, floor, access, parking and common facilities. Then ask which current plan or permission establishes each feature for your phase. A picture in a brochure and a reviewed approval serve different purposes.
Record the date and scope of each document. If the analysis cannot establish a permission, use that evidence gap to ask for the current document. Do not turn an unavailable source into an assumption that the project has, or lacks, that permission.
- Which approved plan applies to the offered tower?
- Are the common amenities within this phase or a later one?
- What current permission supports the offered building scope?
- Which document establishes a completion or occupancy claim, where relevant?
Keep location context separate from project approvals
Travel access, daily needs and surrounding conditions can affect how a home works for you. ReraDekho adds available public information about the neighbourhood alongside the official-record analysis.
Use the report to prepare a site visit: compare practical routes, inspect access and ask about any location-related uncertainty. Planned infrastructure should be considered separately from something that is already operating; future convenience is not a guaranteed outcome.
Start a Karnataka check, then choose how far to go
The full report includes available findings, evidence references and questions to ask. Source coverage varies by project, and reopening a report you have already unlocked does not use another credit.
- Select Karnataka and enter the project name, builder or RERA number.
- Choose the matching registration and sign in or create a free account.
- Let the analysis finish and read the actual score and top summary free.
- Unlock the detailed report for ₹499, or use an existing report credit.
Useful answers before you start
Does a builder brand identify the project registration?
Not by itself. Compare the registration number, legal promoter, location and phase. The entity behind a specific project may need to be distinguished from the wider brand.
Can I check projects outside Bengaluru?
ReraDekho searches Karnataka-registered projects. Select the correct project from the available search matches; the report's depth depends on the records available for that project.
Is ReraDekho a Karnataka RERA certificate?
No. It is an independent analysis of available records and public information. Use the official authority portal for regulatory records and services.
