You pay us for analysis. We take no commission from builders and earn nothing from your property purchase. Our fee does not change if you buy, pause or walk away. Our goal is to help you make an informed purchase, with the decision in your hands.
Our automated workflow uses AI to analyse records and prepare the report. No salesperson writes your verdict. An established developer and a developer starting their first project go through the same checks; findings depend on available evidence.
Automation reduces reliance on an individual sales adviser’s judgment; it does not make AI infallible or eliminate every possible bias. We show supported findings, concerns and evidence gaps so you can follow up.

Search currently supports projects registered in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi. The depth of any report depends on the records and documents available for that particular project. Missing evidence is a reason to ask for more information, not proof that there is no issue.
- Official record: available registration, promoter, land, approval, agreement and litigation information.
- Beyond RERA: available location, connectivity, infrastructure, environmental and liveability context.
- Before you book: a plain-language summary, detailed findings, available source references and questions to ask.

Use the report to inform your next step
ReraDekho is not a government authority, RERA regulator, law firm, broker or financial adviser. Reports do not certify title, guarantee delivery or predict investment returns. They also do not include a physical inspection of your flat.
Public records and automated analysis can have gaps or errors. Check the relevant source and obtain legal, technical or financial advice for decisions that need professional review. A score is a starting point for understanding the evidence.
