ReraDekho is an independent digital real-estate verification platform. We help homebuyers understand public RERA records and related project information through structured, AI-assisted reports.

Our reports may cover project registration data, promoter history, litigation indicators, land-title and approval documents, agreement clauses, construction progress and other publicly available records. Services are currently designed for projects registered in Maharashtra and Karnataka.

ReraDekho is not a government authority, RERA regulator, law firm, financial adviser, broker or real-estate agent. A report is an informational aid and does not replace independent legal, technical or financial advice.

By creating an account or requesting a report, you agree to use ReraDekho only for lawful personal or business due-diligence purposes and to provide accurate account and project information.

Report credits allow the account holder to request the number of reports shown in the selected package. Credits are digital service entitlements and have no cash value. Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes where stated.

Reports are generated from third-party records and automated analysis. Availability, completeness and accuracy can be affected by government portals, source documents and technical services outside our control. We do not guarantee an investment outcome or the absence of undiscovered issues.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, resell reports without permission, or use automated means to overload the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, ReraDekho is not liable for an investment decision made solely on a report. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.

We collect information needed to operate the service, including account details, authentication identifiers, project searches, uploaded documents, report history, support correspondence and transaction references. Payment card or banking credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by ReraDekho.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and improve reports, prevent abuse, process payments, respond to support requests, maintain security and comply with law.

Service providers may process limited data on our behalf, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting and authentication, Razorpay for payments, and AI service providers for report analysis. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. Users may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention needs.

Because report credits are digital services, an order cannot normally be cancelled after a credit has been used to start or generate a report.

If you are charged more than once for the same order, credits are not delivered after a successful payment, or a paid report cannot be generated because of a verified platform error, contact us within seven days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the credit or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds may take the payment provider or bank approximately 5–10 business days to appear. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
